Out of Stock Notice

We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply within 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled and any amount paid refunded for non delviered items.

Taxes

All pricing on this website are exclusive of State Taxes.

Payment

We accept credit card payment, shopify payments and paypal. In additon we accept Visa and MasterCard. You will be charged for the order at the time of placement of the order.

Order Confirmation

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security 

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
