At Rojo we take pride that our product will be delivered to you free of defects in both the fabric itself and also with the workmanship fair wear and tear excepted. Every garment has been Made with Love but in the unlikely event that at any time during the first twelve months of use you experience problems with the item bought we will of course either replace or repair such items to ensure your complete satisfaction with the item supplied.
So that we can trace any defect in workmanship and to work out any pattern of concern we would be grateful if you would keep a record of your order number so we can trace the time of purchase to time of defect.
Remember we do not guarantee our product from fair wear tear and use.
If you have purchased Rojo product at any location other than our website via an authorised retail outlet we recommended that you complete the online product purchase registration below. This will make for easier completion of any problems that may occur.
